Terms of Service

You sign in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You must provide accurate business information and be authorized to represent the business you set up.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through our payment processor, Stripe. Annual plans are billed once per year. Prices and what each plan includes are described on our Pricing page. AI generation limits, overage packs, and add-ons apply as described there.

There is no free trial because you can see your real demo site for free before you pay — the demo is your trial. After you subscribe, you are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee: if pageboss is not for you, contact us within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full.

You own your content. The words, photos, and material you add to your site remain yours. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and publish that content solely to operate the service. If you cancel, you may export your content and keep your domain.

When you connect your Google Business Profile, you authorize pageboss to show insights and to publish posts and review replies that you approve. The AI assistant drafts content for you to help you move faster, but it can be inaccurate and is provided for your review — you are responsible for what you publish, and nothing is posted to Google without your explicit approval.

You may use pageboss to build and publish public-facing websites for your business and to use the AI generation features within your plan’s limits. You agree not to use pageboss for unlawful content, to infringe others’ rights, to send spam, or to abuse the service or its AI features. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard — no phone call and no cancellation fee. Your plan remains active through the end of your current billing period unless a refund applies under the money-back guarantee.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Necati Atahan is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. These terms are governed by the laws of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
